Harnett County commissioners approve first responders advisory committee bylaws, back roundabout project and authorize chair on contract amendments; move to a 


The Harnett County Board of Commissioners approved revised bylaws for a First Responders Advisory Committee, a revised letter of support for a Buffalo Lake Road and Alpine Drive roundabout project and a delegation authorizing the chairman to sign contract amendments that exceed the county manager’s signature threshold.
