Housing programs coordinator Michelle Bravo told commissioners the consolidated plan and annual action plan “fulfill federal requirements from HUD for jurisdictions receiving annual funding” and outline how the city proposes to invest Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds over the next five years and in the coming fiscal year.
