Visitor pitches ‘Concrete Cowboy Walks’ awareness events for brain injury, recommends local partnerships

"Our mission is rooted in one core belief, healing starts with connection," Lloyd said.
Lloyd suggested potential activities in Clovis including community health walks, partnerships with Cannon Air Force Base, schools, churches and VFW posts, resource‑connection activities and service projects such as murals or park cleanups led by residents.
Mayor Morris thanked Lloyd for the presentation and invited further conversation while he was in town. No formal action was taken; the presentation was recorded under receipts of petitions and communications.
