Among staff concerns were: a need for more detailed engineering for stormwater to demonstrate adequate drainage and flood protection; lack of clarity on outdoor solid-waste collection and how large refuse trucks would access dumpster and outdoor storage areas without impeding internal site circulation; missing paving plan keynotes; and inconsistencies in building material notes (brick veneer color and a discrepancy in sheet callouts).
