Arlington ISD names members to Citizens Bond Oversight and Financial Futures committees; consent agenda approved

Board action: Trustee Haines moved to approve the CBOC appointments; Trustee Fowler seconded. The motion carried unanimously. Trustee Mike moved to approve the FFC appointments; Trustee Wilbanks seconded. The motion carried unanimously. The board then approved the consent agenda (motion by Trustee Wilbanks, second by Trustee Haines) with no items pulled; the consent agenda vote was unanimous.
Context: Haines noted that trustees who serve on the community engagement committee (three trustees) will attend CBOC and FFC meetings throughout the year and that both committees include teacher and staff representatives.
