West Urban, City Planner, told the commission the proposal would convert roughly half of a 5,500-square-foot former retail building into medical offices on a 68,000-square-foot parcel. He said the applicant has agreed to restripe the lot, remove two conex boxes from the rear of the property, update landscaping, secure the trash enclosure and create a clear path of travel to the recently constructed Caltrans sidewalk.
