Germantown Design Review Commission approves three consent items including a sign, storage shed and site plan

At its June 24 meeting, the Germantown Design Review Commission voted to approve a consent agenda containing three applications: a wall sign for Barber's Dancewear; a building modification to add a storage shed at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church; and preliminary and final site-plan approval for Madonna Learning Center.

The approvals were adopted by roll call after a motion to approve the consent agenda and a second. Commissioners voted in the affirmative without further discussion.

Why it matters: approvals on the consent agenda allow the applicants to proceed to permitting and construction steps without separate hearings. The commission noted no requests to remove any item from the consent agenda before the vote.
