The council opened the item for public comment, received none, and moved to adopt the resolution. The motion carried 4'0 with one member absent.
Adoption of the resolution allows the city to proceed with contracting NBS (NBS Government Finance Group, per staff reference) to apply the levy for fiscal year 2025'26. City staff said collected assessments will be used to pay for streetlighting and landscape maintenance in the district zones.
The resolution and supporting materials were on the June 24 consent/public-hearing agenda; staff said this action completes the assessment-confirmation process for the district's maintenance levy.
