Weems said the vacated strip behind an existing fence measures roughly 12.7 feet by 204 feet, with adjoining areas of approximately 75 by 107 feet; the overall replat covers about 20.43 acres divided into Tracts F and G (4.95 and 14.92 acres, respectively).…
