The board approved an amended petition limiting outdoor attendance to no more than 40 additional people, ambient (speaker) music only, no DJs or staged entertainment, and asked the police department to periodically check the event. Councilor Gregor said the board would expect the police department to submit a report after the event on how the check-ins went.
The board earlier filed the police communication about past events; Councilor Gregor described the filed report as incomplete and asked Captain Giorgio to look into additional reports the council had referenced.
