The Weston County Health Services board approved initial credentialing for three clinicians presented during the quality committee report. The motion to approve credentialing named Jan Mason Manzer (PA), Kathy Helms, MD (neurology/telestroke), and Alexander Schoebauer, MD (cardiology). The motion was moved and seconded and the board voted in favor.
Kathy (staff member) introduced the credentialing slate and noted the providers had already completed medical staff committee review. "There's nothing concerning in them," she said before making the motion to approve. The motion carried by voice vote; no roll-call dissent was recorded.
Ending: Board minutes will record the credentialing approvals; the clinicians were cleared to proceed with privileges as described in the credentialing materials presented to the board.
