Lauren Finn, senior planner, told council the amendment is related to a land development that subdivides a parcel into three lots to add two row-home units, increasing the number of dwelling units served from one to three. "This sewer amendment is for 523 Woodward Street," Finn said.
A motion to approve the resolution (Resolution No. 47-2025) was made and seconded; the council approved the measure by roll call. Mister Mitt, Mister Arroyo, Mister Cleese, Miss Craig, Miss Diaz and Mister Hirsch were recorded voting "Aye." The clerk announced the motion carried.
