The South Euclid Lyndhurst Board of Education approved a series of routine and substantive items Tuesday, including financial statements, personnel appointments, contracts, curriculum adoptions, and a resolution to request county certification for a 7.9-mill levy.
Board members voted unanimously during roll calls to approve the minutes of the May 20, 2025 regular meeting; financial reports and reconciliations for May 2025; temporary appropriations for fiscal year 2026; acceptance and processing of a scholarship donation from the American Red Cross that will flow through the district (approximately $500 per student, according to staff); and an administrative resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County fiscal officer to certify millage for a proposed 7.9-mill levy (item 4.12).
Other approved items on the consent agenda included certified and classified personnel actions (appointments, resignations, leaves), supplemental contracts for 2025-26, vendor and service contracts (including a service agreement with PSI and athletics-related services such as Hudl), curriculum items for math, science and social studies for 2025-26, and routine district insurance and transportation agreements.
