The commission approved a design review Tuesday for Kinamore Industrial, a four‑building industrial flex complex at the southwest corner of East Kuna‑Moreland Road and South Curtis Road in Kuna’s East Industrial Overlay District.
Troy Beheunin, senior planner, explained staff had reviewed the application for compliance with Kuna City Code and the comprehensive plan and recommended approval with conditions. During the hearing the applicant added parking per staff’s recommendation: the updated site plan included three additional parking spaces west of Building 3 and two additional ADA spaces between Buildings 1 and 2; the architect noted room for additional parallel parking if required by staff.
Commissioners reviewed elevations and materials on the presentation screen and found the buildings appropriate for industrial flex use; the commission voted to approve the design review with the conditions listed in the staff report.
