The court voted, by voice, to approve a grant development agreement with UTSA for up to $5 million to help build a Roadrunner Nest volleyball and basketball practice facility on the university’s main campus. UTSA will own, operate and maintain the facility after construction; the county’s contribution comes from a Precinct 3 capital allocation.
