Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) status items: Council members noted and supported CHDO designations on items before the council for Racine Revitalization Partnership and Habitat for Humanity (items 0373-25 and 0374-25); those items were placed on the consent agenda and moved forward.
Discontinuance of West Street (item 0418-25): Council held a public hearing and authorized the mayor, city clerk, city attorney and relevant staff to execute documents to discontinue the identified portion of West Street between Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and the east property line of 1329 West Street.
