The agreement enables students to take ASU's universal learner online engineering courses alongside PV courses, with the opportunity to earn ASU academic credit and potential admission pathways. Students may pay a nominal fee (presenters said some courses are available for about $25 to participate) and can opt to transcript the course later by paying regular ASU tuition. Board members noted that acceptance of ASU credit by other colleges is at the discretion of receiving institutions. The resolution passed unanimously.
- Acceptance of gifts and donations: The board accepted several donations: $5,000 to Liberty Elementary from an individual or donor identified as Charles (Scottsdale), $1,500 to Palomino Primary from General Dentistry for Kids, and $2,500 to Roadrunner Cheyenne Traditional School from the National Junior Honor Society for the site's discretionary fund. The board thanked donors and approved acceptance of the gifts unanimously.
