Staff recommended accepting the application now so the matter can be scheduled for action at the earliest allowable meeting; commissioners voted to accept and table the application to July 1. No substantive technical review or permit decision was made at the June 16 meeting; the commission reserved the right to make a significance determination and to require further information at the July 1 meeting.
