County staff explained the approach will rely on existing aerial and photographic data and automated processes for countywide reassessment with targeted property visits where sketch verification shows discrepancies. Staff said the work will use sales figures from prior years as part of modeling and that property visits will occur when necessary.
The board voted to approve the agreement; the chair announced the motion carried. The motion record includes that solicitor review remains a condition before final execution.
