The Richmond Planning and Zoning Commission approved a motion to accept the minutes of the May 2025 meeting and later approved a motion to adjourn the session.
When asked for a motion on the minutes, a commissioner moved that the commission accept the minutes; the motion was seconded. The clerk polled commissioners, who recorded the following responses on the minutes motion: Commissioner DeGran: Yes; Commissioner Francis: Yes; Commissioner Short: Yes; Commissioner Miller: Yes; Commissioner Perkins: Yes; Commissioner Miles: Yes; Commissioner Estelle: Yes. The motion to accept the minutes carried.
At the end of the meeting a commissioner moved to adjourn and another commissioner seconded. The clerk polled commissioners for the adjournment motion, and the recorded responses were: Commissioner DeGrant: Yes; Commissioner Francis: Yes; Commissioner Short: Yes; Commissioner Miller: Yes; Commissioner Perkins: Yes; Commissioner Miles: Yes; Commissioner Estelle: Yes. The motion to adjourn carried.
