The Norwood Planning Board unanimously endorsed an Approval Not Required plan affecting properties on Dean Street, the board recorded at its meeting.
Attorney David Hearn Jr., representing the applicants, explained the plan moves small pieces of land between three contiguous parcels so two of the parcels will each have at least 15,000 square feet located in the general residence district, meeting the dimensional rules for that zoning district. Hearn said the transfer adds about 169 square feet to one parcel and moves about 65.25 square feet to the vacant lot; one of the narrow transferred areas measures roughly 0.28 to 0.29 feet in width.
Debbie Homewood, chair of the Planning Board, opened the floor for questions and board members asked only for clarifications of the map and the parcel numbering. The board moved to endorse the ANR plan "as presented," and the motion carried unanimously.
