"The concert will take place on Friday and Saturday, August, and the doors open at 3PM and showtime from 4 until 10," Special Events Permit Coordinator Samantha Haberman said. County staff said monthly check-ins with the applicant, multiple meetings with referral agencies and public-safety partners, and specific traffic-enforcement plans with Colorado State Patrol are under way.
