Irmo council approves parking ordinance, event contracts and several appointments

The council also confirmed two appointments: Cindy Reeves to the Board of Zoning Appeals (term to expire 2029-03-31) and Kimberly Wynne to the Accommodations Tax Committee (term to expire 2028-06-30). Both appointments passed by unanimous roll call.
