The council approved Resolution 2025-10 amending the City of Cody’s FY2025 budget to reflect additional revenue and expenses related to recent grants and maintenance needs.
Leslie Brumage (staff member) said the amendment includes $15,000 in revenue and $192,905 in additional expenses. The expense breakdown in the staff presentation was $8,500 for capital outlay, $38,337 for maintenance and repairs, $16,875 for materials and supplies, $23,693 for personnel, and $105,500 for purchased services. Brumage said the $15,000 revenue included two operating grants the city received from the Park County Travel Council.
The amendment results in a net funding gap of $177,905 that staff said will be covered using available reserves in the affected funds. Council member Sweat moved approval; the council seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote.
