The San Antonio Zoning Commission approved the consent agenda, adopting items 1, 2 and 5 as presented.
Item 1 finalized rules and procedures discussed at a prior meeting. Items 2 and 5 were staff‑recommended zoning amendments: item 2 changed a parcel from neighborhood commercial classification N30 to NC (commercial) with existing overlays maintained at 3010 Brinmore Drive; item 5 amended a zoning designation to MF‑33 for another parcel and a separate PT‑1 HL rezoning (addresses summarized on the record). Staff noted there is no registered neighborhood association for the affected addresses and that public comment was available on the consent items but those speakers had withdrawn for the consent vote.
A commissioner moved and a second was recorded; the roll call recorded on the transcript shows commissioners Hinojosa, Kelom, Sipes, González, Barros, Woodsett and President Bustamante voting yes and the motion passed.
As with other approvals by the commission, these recommendations will be transmitted to city council for final action where required.
