A member of the public asked whether the city limit currently crossed the lot; staff clarified the annexation incorporated the remainder of the lot.
No members of the public offered testimony in opposition during the hearing. The commission moved, seconded and recorded an affirmative vote to recommend approval; the item will proceed to City Council for final action.
