Commission staff presented the application and said the submission is "largely, unchanged from the previous meeting" but includes small revisions to stormwater calculations requested by engineering and slightly more green space in place of impervious surface. "There is 206 square feet of less impervious surface that's now green space," the applicant confirmed during the hearing.
