The fairbook insert includes a week schedule and a June decorating contest; staff will add under‑tent entertainment to the insert if that programming is finalized.
Board members discussed sign repair options and suggested ordering new sponsor banners with bottom grommets to improve durability. Jessica said maintenance staff will inspect existing signs to determine which can be repaired and which need reprinting.
Sheila said Fishtail Tavern purchased three sponsorships and appears on the sponsor list multiple times. The board discussed setting aside sponsorship funds to support STEAM activities and possibly subsidize a petting zoo operator if a vendor agrees to run it.
No formal financial appropriation or vote occurred during the meeting; Jessica will continue to collect sponsorships, manage printing, and coordinate sign repairs as sponsors are finalized.
