Council names archery range for Rulich Christensen

Atkinson moved to name the range; Wolfenstein seconded the motion. The council recorded no opposition during the voice vote. A plaque was prepared with wording thanking Rulich Christensen for his service and noting the date May 15, 2025; staff said the plaque would be presented to Christensen's family.
