Industrial pretreatment standards
The council opened and closed a public hearing on proposed changes to the city’s industrial pretreatment standards and then adopted the ordinance/resolution to update local standards to reflect the current state code. City staff said the package had been discussed at two prior council meetings and returned from state review for final local action.
Stormwater management plan
Council members opened a public hearing on an updated stormwater management plan that reflects changes in state law. No public comments were received and the council adopted the updated plan on a roll call vote.
