ZBA denies special‑exception request to convert daycare into elementary school in Loch Lomond

When the board voted, the motion to approve failed on a tie/3‑3 result (Nicole Coppock and Karen Berger voted yes; Rafael Katz and Joe Sarkuzzi voted no; Charlotte Burry voted yes; Linda Thomas voted no).
