The presenter said some schools remain in federal target-support lists and that improvements had not yet been sufficient to remove all identifications.
For high-school federal accountability, presenters noted different federal measures such as graduation rate and readiness metrics tied to ACT scores, early postsecondary opportunities and industry credentials. District leaders flagged chronic absenteeism and graduation rates as areas to watch while praising progress in other areas.
The board approved the TISA accountability review by motion; after the vote, staff said the approved materials would be posted to the district website for public access.
