Carter said she owns an off-street lot that valet staff would use in addition to the German American lot behind the building.
The board approved reserving two on-street spaces for the business on a three-month trial basis beginning when the restaurant opens (Carter indicated a target opening in September–October, subject to construction). The permit requires standard insurance and compliance with any valet-operating rules; city staff asked Carter to confirm the opening date with staff so the trial start can be noted in the event/parking calendar.
