Applicant comments and energy questions Applicant Andy Fett, a project manager with JLG Architects, told the council the project will include substantial energy‑efficiency upgrades: the existing curtain wall glazing will be replaced and the roof will be completely removed and installed to meet current energy code. Fett said the project is not pursuing rooftop solar at this time but that the roof will be replaced in a manner that improves energy performance. Fett also confirmed the drive‑through lane will include an ATM at the transaction drawer.
