Members present were Kathy Ibersostas, Charles Lehi Jr. and Jessica Martinez. Town Manager Elizabeth Mascaro, Town Attorney Ryan Knight and Deputy Clerk Sid Cardwell were also present.
After the minutes were approved, the committee opened a public-comment period but recorded no comments. With no new business on the agenda, a motion to adjourn carried 4-0.
The meeting did not take up substantive charter amendments or policy items and concluded after routine procedural actions and the short discussion of the email process for approving minutes.
