Jane Redmond said she has lived in San Francisco for 50 years, is a disabled senior and an IHSS recipient. "I feel like I speak for people who can't speak for themselves," she said.
The committee recorded no public speakers on the item and moved to appoint Jackson to seat 2 and Redmond to seat 10. The clerk recorded unanimous committee approval without objection.
The appointments will be transmitted to the full Board of Supervisors as part of committee action.
