Landmarks Preservation Commission issues six certificates of appropriateness, county planner reports

At the May 15 Baltimore County Planning Board meeting staff reported that the Landmarks Preservation Commission on May 8 issued six certificates of appropriateness for properties across the county, listing addresses and neighborhoods for each property.
A staff liaison reported to the Baltimore County Planning Board that the Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) voted at its May 8 meeting to issue six certificates of appropriateness.
At the May 15 Planning Board meeting the staff report listed the properties and locations: the Karos property at 504 Sudbrook Road in Sudbrook Park; the McLaughlin property at 115 Melanchthon Avenue in Lutherville; the Yocom property at 16205 Corbett Village Lane in Moncton; the Harding property at 5127 South Rolling Road in Relay; the 301 Allegheny Avenue LLC property at 301 Allegheny Avenue in Towson; and a Baltimore County–Harford County joint-tenant property at Franklinville Road on the Baltimore–Harford county line in Franklinville. The staff presenter concluded the LPC briefing with no further board questions recorded.
The Planning Board received the report as an informational update; no board action or vote on LPC decisions was recorded at the May 15 meeting.
