The Bountiful City Council on May 13 approved minutes from the April budget-week meetings and voted to authorize expenditures greater than $1,000 paid on April 30 and to accept the March 2025 expense report.
A council member moved to approve the minutes covering budget-week meetings in April; the motion passed. Later the council approved the April expenditures (items over $1,000) and the March expense report after a question about tree-trimming charges clarified that work billed to the light-and-power account was performed for the power department and that grant-funded work would be billed through parks if applicable.
All routine approvals were adopted by unanimous vote. The council then paused briefly and reconvened as the RDA board to consider a separate agenda.
