- A transfer of interest for Ov[e]ira Street Space C-9, contract number CD-119542, from Ov[e]ira Street merchant Bertha Gomez to Ov[e]ira Street merchant Felix Munoz pursuant to Article 12, Section 12.10.102 of the concession agreement (El Pueblo Los Angeles report).
- Authority for the Department of Recreation and Parks to submit a grant application to the California Department of Education for the Summer Food Service Program 2024-25 and to accept and receive grant funds for the department's summer lunch program (Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners report).
Clerks called the roll on the consent items; Council member Jurado and Council member Hernandez voted yes and Council member Nazarian was recorded as absent. The clerk announced "2 ayes" and the items were approved on consent.
All three consent items were recorded as approved and will proceed to the next procedural steps noted in each item's report.
