The trust fund has collected more than $39.7 million since 1989 plus about $15.3 million in loan repayments; 2024 receipts were $411,000. The residential fee-based Mixed Income Housing Ordinance—revised in 2015—has raised about $10.8 million since the change, with $1.7 million recorded in 2024.
