York Suburban leaders outline high school renovation plan, say program changes must guide design

He said the district currently has 1,052 high‑school‑age residents and that 819 attend York Suburban High School; roughly 233 attend other public options or have graduated early. Within the 819 attending the high school, about 25% are on nontraditional paths — including full‑time enrollment at the York County School of Technology, part‑time college enrollment, extended career pathway training such as EMT instruction, or attendance at cyber or alternative schools.
