Items approved on the consent agenda were: approval of the minutes for the commission's April 14, 2025 regular meeting; acceptance of staff's recommendation and findings related to a Sterling Lake subdivision development agreement modification application; and approval of staff's findings and recommendation regarding the city application to amend Middleton City Code —5-4-9 (lot line adjustment applications), as noted in the staff report.
Commissioner Walter moved approval of the consent agenda items and Commissioner Trimble seconded. The commission approved the motion by voice vote.
