Hideout City Council enters closed executive session on litigation, personnel and property

The Hideout City Council voted to go into a closed executive session on May 12, 2025, to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, personnel matters, the deployment of security personnel or devices or systems, and the possible sale or acquisition of real property.

After calling the special meeting to order, the council conducted a roll call. Carol Hazleton moved to enter the executive session; Ralph Severini seconded the motion. Council members Jonathan Gunn, Ralph Severini, Chris Beyer, Carol Hazleton and Bob Nadelberg voted in favor. The transcript records those five votes as “yes.” No “no,” “abstain” or recusals are recorded in the public transcript for that motion. One member listed on the roll call, identified as Eric, does not have a recorded response in the public transcript.
