Lakeside Industries Incorporated of Anacortes submitted the apparent low bid at $384,803.57 and included a signed proposal, a bid bond, a non-collusion declaration, two recycled-materials forms and the required certifications. Miles Resources LLC of Puyallup submitted $433,524.00 with the required documents. Granite Construction Company of Everett submitted $597,727.60 with the required documents.
Skagit County Public Works will review all proposals for responsiveness and responsibility and determine the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. After that review, staff will make a recommendation to the Board of Skagit County Commissioners for possible award. No formal award or vote occurred at the bid opening.
