Sedgwick County staff to seek federal construction grants for two bridges; one requires local cash match

Item R: staff described another construction grant for a bridge in District 3 that would be an 80/20 split for construction and construction engineering. Staff said that the total project cost for item R is $1,064,000 and that the county's cash match portion is $113,000. The staff explanation noted that design, right-of-way, and utility relocation are not included in the scope of these construction grants.
