NORWOOD, Mass. — At its May 6 meeting the Norwood Zoning Board of Appeals continued three pending cases to its next scheduled meeting on June 3 at 7 p.m. at the Norwood Senior Center.
The continued matters and brief reasons recorded on the public record:
- 153 Hill Street, case 25‑9: Request for a special permit under Norwood Zoning Bylaw §5.4 to construct a side addition that would increase an existing nonconformity. The applicant asked the board to open and immediately continue the hearing pending a proposed zoning change on the annual town meeting warrant; hearing continued to June 3 at 7 p.m.
- 163 Dean Street, case 25‑7: Variance request under §10.2. The applicant requested a continuance while additional materials are prepared; hearing continued to June 3 at 7 p.m.
- Dean Street, case 25‑8: Related variance request under §10.2 also continued to June 3 at 7 p.m. per applicant request.
Motions to continue each hearing were made and seconded on the record and carried with the board voting in favor.
