"We have been averaging about 120 to 150 days," Attorney Butler said of the typical procurement timeline, "and that's assuming nothing goes wrong and we don't have a lot of questions and there are no issues." She said the timeline varies with complexity and that Purchasing and Contracting is benchmarking to identify efficiencies.
