Economic Development Manager Danelle Hawthorne and consultant Brennan Buckley of Johnson Economics presented an audit of the zone ahead of its natural expiration at the end of the fiscal year. The enterprise zone, originally designated in 2014, provides a three‑year property tax abatement in exchange for documented capital investment and job creation commitments by participating companies.
