Twin Valley board approves hires for transportation and grounds leadership

The Twin Valley School District Board of Education approved two administrative appointments during its May 12 meeting.
The board confirmed Joseph Lally as transportation supervisor with an annual salary listed at $71,000 under the 2024-25 administrative support personnel agreement, effective May 19, 2025. Trustees also approved Thomas (known as Scott) Shiel as director of buildings and grounds, effective June 10, 2025.
Both appointments passed on board votes during the meeting. Members of the board and district administrators welcomed the new hires in the meeting room; Lally and Shiel were present in the audience.
The board and district administrators thanked the search teams and staff involved in recruiting and said they look forward to the new administrators joining the district.
