Planning commission reheard historic-house application after procedural issue; applicants submit revised plans

The Granville Village Planning Commission reheard an application for alterations to a historic house after village counsel advised that the prior vote should have been counted against the quorum rather than as recorded. During the rehearing, commissioners again voted not to approve the application by a 1–5 vote, and the applicants later submitted changes intended to better integrate the new work with the existing structure.
